(7) Please note that the forums are moderated. Should the forum moderator see instances of the guidelines being violated, they will enter the thread and ask to have the issue corrected. Should they consider it necessary, they can and will stop activity on a thread.
(8) Please do not use inappropriate language. This would include but is not limited to swearing, particularly nasty words referring to ex-wives, etc. Certain words will automatically be replaced with "****" if used. Please contact Admin if you have any questions about this.
(9) If you have feedback about the site with regard to layout, guidelines, usage, etc, please contact Admin and/or Sandi with your suggestions.
(10) If you have any issues with a post, please contact either Admin or the moderator for that forum. You can also click on this icon within the top right hand side of the post or reply; it will send the moderators a message via email to report the thread. We would prefer that the issues be handled that way or via a private message to the poster rather than as further entries in a thread. This lessen the chance of arguments or inappropriate language on the threads.
(11) Please do not post personal details of anyone other than yourself. Personal details would include real names, phone numbers, email addresses, myspace, or other profile names names, etc. We respect the privacy of non-members and need your help to do so.
(12) If you wish to post any details of an off-line gathering, including details of the event or pictures at the event, the gathering must announced in advance and open to all members. This means if two of you happen to get together for drinks and it's not open to all, please don't mention it or post pictures. This helps to avoid hurt feelings.
(12) If there are any guidelines around organizing or starting a swap, they should be listed.
(13) Recruitment to other competing or similar we sites is not permitted.
(14) Spreading propaganda is not permitted.
User found violating these rules will face limited or no access to this site.
